Business insight.
Applied AI.

Rimon Advisory works with businesses on R&D Tax Incentives, grants and innovation advisory. Rimon AI brings that business-first approach to practical AI.

01

Business first.

Your goals, people and processes guide the solution. We learn how the work actually gets done before anything is built.

02

Practical delivery.

Existing AI or custom AI, matched to the problem. If ChatGPT or Copilot will do the job, that is what we recommend.

03

Commercial focus.

We measure time saved, cost reduced and value created, so you can see whether the change was worth it.

Who we work with

Australian businesses of every kind.

Rimon Advisory's 14 years span manufacturing, health, mining, agriculture, retail, tourism and professional services. The workflows differ. The bottlenecks rarely do.

Capability

The right AI.
For your business.

From everyday tools to connected, custom solutions. Two ways of working, chosen by the problem in front of you rather than by the technology.

01 / Existing AI

Make more of proven platforms.

Put established tools to work on everyday tasks and repetitive workflows, with the setup, guardrails and training your team needs to actually use them.

  • ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Gemini
  • Microsoft 365 and Power Automate
  • Custom GPTs and prompt libraries for your team's recurring work
Existing AI

02 / Custom AI

Build around your business.

Connect information, automate processing and deliver useful outputs inside the systems you already run.

  • Internal GPTs and knowledge assistants
  • Document intelligence and business agents
  • Workflow dashboards and client portals
Custom AI

More possibility.
Less busy work.

How we work.
A clear path to impact.

From the first conversation to continuous improvement. Explore each stage to see how we turn an opportunity into practical AI.

01 / UnderstandYour business

Start with the way you work.

We get to know your team, your goals and the systems you already use. Together, we trace a real task from start to finish.

  • Talk with the people doing the work.
  • Map the information, handovers and decisions.
  • Identify repeated effort and where judgement matters.
What we work towards

A shared picture of the workflow and the problem worth solving.

See an onboarding example

For client onboarding, we follow what happens after a kick-off meeting: who writes the notes, what operations needs, and how information reaches the CRM.

02 / DiscoverThe opportunity

Find the change worth making.

We look for opportunities that fit your business. We weigh the potential value against the effort, data quality and practical limits of the tools.

  • Compare existing AI tools with a custom approach.
  • Check whether the right information is available.
  • Choose a focused starting point and a way to measure it.
What we work towards

A prioritised opportunity, with clear assumptions to test.

See an onboarding example

For onboarding, a useful first step might be turning the meeting transcript into structured notes. We check whether it could reduce retyping without losing important context.

03 / DesignThe right approach

Make every connection deliberate.

We design the solution around how your team operates. Inputs, outputs, access and human review are considered together before implementation.

  • Map how information moves between your systems.
  • Define what AI drafts and what people approve.
  • Plan for missing information and exceptions.
What we work towards

A practical workflow design, with agreed review points.

See an onboarding example

For onboarding, the design could connect a transcript to a structured note template, then give the operations team a review step before CRM-ready content is used.

04 / AutomateBuild and test

Bring the workflow to life.

We configure or build the solution, connect the tools and test the complete flow. Your team helps check that the outputs are useful in practice.

  • Set up the tools and agreed integrations.
  • Test representative examples and exception cases.
  • Help your team use and review the new workflow.
What we work towards

A tested workflow, ready for a controlled rollout.

See an onboarding example

For onboarding, we test sample transcripts against the expected notes, check missing details are flagged, and confirm the handover reaches the right team.

05 / ImproveMeasure and refine

Keep making the work better.

We compare the new workflow with how the work ran before. Feedback and observed results guide refinements and the next opportunity to explore.

  • Review time saved, output quality and adoption.
  • Refine prompts, connections and review steps.
  • Revisit the workflow as your business changes.
What we work towards

A clearer view of the value created and what to improve next.

See an onboarding example

For onboarding, we look at time spent preparing notes, the corrections reviewers make, and whether the operations team gets the information it needs.

AI in practice

Connected information.
Clearer decisions.

Real workflows we have changed. Each one started with a single administrative bottleneck, not with a technology.

Secure. Governed. Scalable.

Plan access, data handling and human review around your business. Integrate with the systems you use, then support and improve the solution as your needs evolve.

Access

Who can see what, decided before any data moves. Existing Microsoft 365 or Google permissions are respected, not bypassed.

Human review

AI drafts, people approve. Every workflow we build keeps a person in the step where judgement matters.

Your systems

HubSpot, Xero, Microsoft 365, Zapier and the tools you already pay for. We connect them rather than replace them.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Do we need to already be using AI?

No. Most of our work starts with a team that has tried ChatGPT once or twice and is not sure what to do next. We begin with your workflows, not your AI maturity.

Existing tools or a custom build: how do you decide?

By the problem. If Copilot, ChatGPT or Power Automate solves it, that is what we set up and we train your team on it. Custom builds are for connecting information across systems or handling volume that off-the-shelf tools cannot.

How is our data handled?

We plan access, data handling and human review before anything is built. Solutions run inside your systems and your permissions, and a person stays in any step where judgement matters.

How do you measure whether it worked?

Time saved, cost reduced and value created, measured against the workflow as it ran before. If a change does not move one of those, we say so.

How do we start?

Bring one workflow that costs your team time every week. We map it with you, show what AI could change and agree on whether to proceed. No commitment beyond that first conversation.
